For our assembly facilities in Germany and abroad, we are looking for experienced and motivated people for the areas of power plant construction, chemicals and petrochemicals at the earliest opportunity.
Assembly Manager (m/f/d)

Your duties include, among other things:
Management of construction sites and independent processing
Interface to the customer
Supervision of the assembly work under the aspects:
Compliance with customer specifications
Compliance with engineering
Occupational safety
Schedule situation and costs/income
Preparation of progress reports and defect reports
Personnel management
Entrepreneur on site
Resource planning for personnel and tools
Welding documentation
Our demands on you:
> Completed vocational training as master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) for metal or machine technology or comparable training
> Training as a welding specialist (m/f/d) advantageous
leadership experience
Relevant professional experience as construction manager (m/f/d)
Assembly experience
Organizational skills and quality orientation
Negotiating skills and customer orientation
ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial and economic thinking
Very good technical knowledge and experience in project management
Good knowledge of German and business English
MS-Office knowledge
